Opportunities exist for PhD students and other junior
researchers to serve as Assisting Researchers
Every Researcher who is selected to join one of the teams in the Human Affectome Project is being encouraged to nominate a single PhD student or post-doctoral researcher within their own lab to assist and participate in the team’s work. Assisting researchers will receive authorship recognition for their contributions to the team’s review and the capstone article (i.e., two middle-authorships), so this is a great learning opportunity and an opportunity to get published. If you are interested in participating in the project as an assisting researcher, please encourage a senior researcher in your own lab to submit an expression of interest for the project (or obtain permission to submit on his/her behalf). If he/she is selected to join one of the teams, you can then be named as an assisting researcher.
